Decision Surface visualizes branching outcomes as elevation. Short-term ease appears as gentle slope; long-term coupling appears as ridge lines.

The prototype is abstract — no domain-specific data — to keep focus on form. Teams map their own decisions onto the metaphor in facilitated sessions.
